You may have noticed the site doing various silly things over the last 24 hours.

Things like letting you comment, and then chewing up your comment for no reason. Or saying you can comment, and then making the comment box disappear.

This is I’m afraid the result of Bloggerisshit syndrome, an ongoing complaint common to all Blogger sites. As long as Google is allowed to carry on this ridiculous charade of (a) offering a website format and then (b) when it screws up, sticking everyone into a chatroom with other unfortunates, then I’m afraid this kind of thing will continue.

I’ve spent the best part of this evening now gone forever trying to sort this out, and for some reason the glitch seems to have gone away despite my best efforts to blow Google up.

If you feel as strongly as I do about the insanity of online software suppliers being allowed to trade without anything recognisable as after-sales service, then you must write to the MP/Congressman/Priest/Fairy Godmother of your choice.

In the meantime, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
