‘£200bn of quantitative easing – yet the economy managed to grow by just a measly 0.2%’
That factual reality appeared in a Guardian piece last Friday. It behoves all those voters who are awake to ask themselves this question: given adding two hundred billion has made almost no difference, why would you imagine taking six billion out would do so?
The Guardian is a pro-Labour newspaper. Yet it too (unconsciously) accepts the fact that Gordon Brown’s latest favourite soundbite is a ridiculous irrelevance.
The Government is lying to you. Remember that when you vote.
