As The Slog suggested yesterday, perhaps this Gaza Flotilla event is not at all it seems after all.

Video is now emerging (at the Huffington Post site among others) which does seem to show activists on the boarded ship shooting their own people – pretty much, in fact, as Hamas blew up their own captive people in Gaza buildings during Operation Cast Lead.

Some clips in the video material also show supposed ‘humanitarian activists’ multiply stabbing Israeli soldiers – and throwing guns they had overboard to avoid detection by the UN or other authorities.

Israeli journalists (and yes, they would say that, but….) have also found – or been given – convincing evidence suggesting that those on board the flotilla ignored half a dozen or more warnings about their vessels entering Israeli waters.

But the weapons photography released (below) does make one wonder what role these played in humanitarian aid.

Unsurprisingly, the international reaction to the Israeli operation has given fuel to the mad folks on the Israeli side….exactly what Hamas wanted.
