When it comes to dealing with aggressive Islam and its blindingly obvious spin, it seems that the strategy Islamists are following is to assume totally naive credulity on the part of Western intellectuals. That is to say, the more obvious the agenda is, the less likely the fluffies are to see it.

Last week, a US Republican Senator acting on intelligence information ‘warned’ the Israelis that they had just twelve days until the Iranian nuclear centre would be loaded and ready for use. His point was that any attack after that date would release radioactivity and thus harm innocent Iranians. The bloke was flayed alive by over 10,000 rabid comments sent to the Huffington Post, a pro-Democrat news website.

Last Thursday, madman Ahmadinnejhad announced the beginning of nuclear generation at the new plant (whose existence he denied several times before the CIA produced photographic evidence). Yesterday, the Iranians successfully tested a long range pilotless drone missile-carrier more than capable of reaching Israel.

On eleven known occasions to date, various officials from the Tehran administration have openly vowed that their mission is to ‘wipe Israel from the face of the Earth’.

As the new Mosque’s vicinity to Ground Zero exploded as a political issue last week, it again looked as though the waning US pc lunatics would win the argument – being unable to ask themselves (a) whether any Christian, Jewish or Hindu clerics would ever be so insensitive, were the boot on the other foot; or (b) whether any Islamic State would allow any such place of worship to be built, regardless of location.

Now that ordinary Americans have begun to say ‘no way’, US Islamists have gone into overdrive in the media – and phone/email threats to Government offices, TV stations etc have risen eightfold. Their line is that opposition to the Mosque shows up American intolerance. We’ll come back to the tolerance issue in a minute.

As the Gaza flotilla cadres have been noticeably silent in recent weeks, I’d like to ask if any of them would now like to join me and other agnostics on a Peace Mission to Tehran. None of the Iranian ports are technically blockaded, so I can offer them a wide choice of routes: via the Caspian Sea to land in the north, via the Persian Gulf to disembark in the South West, or through the Gulf of Oman in order to establish a south-eastern beachhead. However, I feel duty-bound to warn potential humanitarian sailors coming with us that the last time a boat even strayed into Iranian waters, the seven occupants were put in cells without trial, tortured, threatened – and then paraded on television as examples of the spineless and sub-human infidel.

Just so we get this straight for any Guardian-reading censor who’s wandered in here today, as of this morning at 11.28 am French time, there were:

1. No fully democratic or libertarian Islamic Republics anywhere on the planet.
2. No Islamist States where non-Islamic religious worship is allowed.
3. Seven Islamic states still stoning, disfiguring and sexually mutilating women suspected of adultery – the required proof being a husband’s testimony.
4. No signs at all that Iran would be happy for the UN to run a peaceful nuclear capability on their behalf – they have in fact refused this option, or indeed any inspection, over and over again.
5. No Christian, Hindu, Buddhist or Jewish States threatening to annihilate any Islamic state anywhere.
6. 34,200 dead bodies in 2010 to date directly resulting from Islamic terrorism or internecine strife.

Look fellas and girlies, Iran has built a nuclear capacity, they’ve refused inspection, they’ve built missile carriers, and now they’ve tested both. What the blue, blind and brass-neck buggery do you think they’re going to do with all that hardware – play skittles with it?

For the sake of the next generation – whatever its religion – can you all please now take off the blindfolds and look? And then having looked, would it be possible for you to discern a trend? And if by some miracle you reach second base on that mission, would you like to sign up for a real Peace Flotilla designed to stop Mahmoud and his potty pals from nuking Israel?
