ATHENS TAX SHOCK: Not entirely Greek to me…

More bad guys in getting away with it drama.

Greece’s parliament has pushed through legislation that in effect grants a tax amnesty to millions of citizens, in a move at odds with organisations overseeing the country’s bail-out.
The law will allow the government to collect about €2bn over the next two years, far short of an estimated backlog of unpaid taxes over the last decade of about €35bn.

Guess who these folks are….the Unions? The poor? Or the Establishment?

The EU is very unhappy about this. Er….that’s it.

Still, nothing is as yet on a scale with the Irish banker Sunny Jim who went down owing billions with everything in the wife’s name, lucky girl.

To counter the normal Irish Day of celebration, they should have a new one called Fitzpatrick’s Day. Drag the bugger out every year, put him in the stocks and throw garbage at him.

 Nah. Nowhere near nasty enough.
