How come the MET are running round Lord McMoneygrubber, when they don’t give a toss about VICTIMS of Pindown child abuse that are getting threatened with death and called the most disgusting things with no fear of punishment, because they know damned well the Police will treat victims of Pindown who complain about paedogangsters bullying and threatening them worse than they would ever be allowed to treat convicted criminals of the most vile crimes.

Just look at the comments.

Both Stafford Police and the MET know perfectly well that I am being bullied by these self confessed women hating gangsters, and all I have had from the Police is them accusing me of being a mentally ill nutter, told to stop blogging and threatened with the removal of my computer.

And YouTube Moderators wont do anything either. If you complain to YouTube you end up being punished instead, I had a 6 month punishment from them for complaining about a horrible man who had posted a video all about having sex with his dog.

To prove that someone has defamed you you would have to demonstrate that what they said or implied was not true or not reasonable assumption, or warranted repetition, and it isn’t just as simple as he said she said, of course, nor even a convenient disproof of the allegations… The disproof would have to be so complex and detailed that it just wouldn’t be financially plausible. And would MacAlpen really want to dig through his past so thoroughly.

Would McAlpine need to give evidence? Surely the issue to be tested is whether Sally B defamed him. Why would he take the stand?

Most people had already realised McAlpine had dropped his ‘defamation case’ against Twitter users. This is really just a last hurrah of publicity to try to get everyone else involved to pay up out of court, before he is forced to drop the remaining actions.
McAlpine must know that if he takes Bercow to court there is at least a strong possibility he would lose, and at the very least would then face being sued by the BBC and ITV for their money back plus costs.
McAlpine will not take that risk.
