People really should get their brains around the concept that a football manager manages 25 highly competitive, testosterone-driven young men who quite often need direction, control and a loud bollocking.

I am yet to read of a truculent football manager wishing to stand for Prime Mnister.

Signor di Canio’s got the right to believe what he believes off the pitch. He should be judged solely by whether he wins football matches within the law.

We really do as a nation get all hoity toity about little trifles: Cantona kicked a rude thug on telly – who cares? A season’s ban for doing to an adult what their parents should have done to them as a child???? Di Canio pushed over a referee. Naughty boy. Punishment yes, but hardly a life sentence.

ON the other hand, setting up London as a tax haven for mafia money is ‘good competitive positioning’.

You may begin to understand why most people think Britain is a joke.

Beat up a guy who snogs your darling daughter. Cover up paedophiles for buggering little boys.

A fine set of moral standards we have in this country………

Everybody is expecting the EU to disintegrate as a direct result of the financial crises and drown in its own debt but of course there is the other ticking bomb of absolutely hideous levels of youth unemployment. This has been the silent tragedy (so far) of this economic mess and may yet bring about its own form of European solidarity as desperate and despairing angry youths go on the rampage London 2011 style or even worse start forming into extremist political parties. History may not exactly repeat but it certainly echoes. We are in the middle of a giant social and economic experiment with very high states.

Sadly, this is not just the Twitter bottom feeders. Such ignorance is gaining ground quite widely. Golden Dawn is going global. The under 25 year old Euro unemployment stats will only make this worse.

We are doomed to repeat history, I suppose.

Indeed, at one time she had a half-way decent figure – but that was before the Berlin Wall came down. The colour pictures below show what some 23 or so years of Freedom can do to a figure.

I wonder if the one on the right is still around? Or even the one in the middle. The one on the left is certainly not to my taste.

It is very simple, they are reducing their exposure to the public – banking is no longer anything to do with people and their money and day to day finances. Banking is about greed and generating more profit – they don’t want the little people having too much fun.

JW you understand banks..can you tell me why natwest have written to me to tell me my debot card will become redundant this year to be replaced by an ATM card which will only allow cash withdrawals and not transactions ie buying food..etc natwest tell me its to help me ‘save’ why? i hope this isnt a cyprus like test where we are told to stash our cash with them so they can rob us to pay for bailout..any ideas?? sounds odd to me….
