Moving on up as things keep going on down

There must be a universal law dictating that all hotel mini bars should be warm, stocked with things you don’t need, and so expensive as to be only for those occasions when one is too drunk to care any more. In this case, the thing they most closely resemble is a KFC meal some time after 11pm. I pitched for KFC once (when it was owned by the appalling Hublein corporation) and 90% of their business was done between the hours of 10.40 and 12.30 pm. When you’re legless and hungry, eating a chicken’s back passage somehow seems like a good idea. In all other times and conditions, it strikes me as like a form of anti-epicurean masochistic suicide.

That those jetting around the world to ‘save’ globalist financialism live on tepid pre-mixed Rum & Coke with rubbery peanuts (but without the lemon) might explain some of what’s happening at the minute, but not much.

Gold continues to plummet under decidedly suspicious circumstances, Cyprus resists the obvious choice to leave the euro under even more suspicious circumstances, and Portugal too has now joined the club being praised by the Troika, but unable to ever pay its debt back. Financial repression is going global. Planet Earth is leaving the era of globalist neocon mercantile nihilism, and entering the new one of globally fiscal colonialism. I wish I could leave Planet Earth, but the plans are way behind schedule on that one.

When Sovereigns run out of money – and their banks need to be bailed out rather than bailing them out – this is the inevitable result. I wonder why we/I ever imagined it would be otherwise. I hope to talk to some people during the next week about how they see it. Stay tuned.
