We’ve been here before I know – crap ISP service, that is – but on this occasion I need some Slogger help. The more observant of you will have spotted that I haven’t been tweeting for eight days now, and the reason is simple: I changed location. This seems to have Twitter confused: their assumption (I’d imagine) is that all their users live in attics, have no friends, never travel – and sit at their pcs until either self-soiling or death forces them to stop. Anyway, having told me my account had been compromised (by trying to sign in on another computer, silly me) Twitter now won’t recognise my email or password.
What they do is send me the same f**kwitted options over and over….and these inevitably tell me an error has occurred – which indeed it has. So while I continue to try and persuade them this error is theirs, not mine, I wonder if followers of this site unfortunate enough to have a Twitter account would mind (temporarily) pasting the links to my posts into a tweet to @nbyward? If you would, I would be muchio gratefulo.
In the meantime, below are the last two “exchanges” between The Slog and Twitter…for amusement if nothing else:

I already had those options; frankly, we’re going round in circles here, and meanwhile I’m haemorrhaging followers.
