Let me be brief and careful here. PLEASE don’t comment in an illegally speculative way as I shall have to ban the comment immediately.

This isn’t a gag. My usual free legal advice service is in a South American jungle somewhere.

Some compelling evidence has reached me concerning very senior local Government persons and a high-ranking former Redtop manager. The evidence – while largely already in the public domain – uses a convincing timeline to suggest that an attempt to pervert the course of justice may have occurred in an invasion of privacy case much earlier than is currently realised.

Keen news watchers will be aware of a high-profile Court case unfolding at the Old Bailey at the moment, which so far holds the record for the number of times the phrase “contempt of Court” has been uttered by the Judge in the same sentence as “sub judice” and “we will, we will, crush you if there is any media hanky panky”.

The nature of the allegations/evidence I have strongly suggests an improper relationship here on several levels, and involves a conflict of interest relating to senior Met Police Officers.

Would bringing this into the public domain now represent contempt of Court?
