As your points are entirely correct (in my view) why did you make them on the basis of my post? I have one or two worries about VO, but on the whole I think him a fine man with balls of steel. JW

If anything any next economic change has to take into account the productive capabilitiy that is massive and why if you can see it 50% of the population can never work or you take it in turns 50% in and 50#5 out alternating. Amusingly you have to pay al your bills on the 50% income and that would be DEFLATION to be affordable. ELITES WILL NEVER GO FOR THIS BECAUSE ON THOISE THINGS THAT ARE LIMITED BECAUSE SOME HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO TAKE SO MUCH WOULD HAVE TO BE STRIPPED.

On that last point Kim Jong-Un: The Military escalating to Barack Obama: Our nuclear arsenal wherein David Cameron: lavatory paper would be most approriate and George Osborne: Poppy derivatives will be a sure bet on The Somme II.

Any change in economic structure is kind of worthless when those who now own everything are going to build a NEW SYSTEM that will be 100% sure they can never lose.

Not the beaustiful game a pointless one.

Via a vis the rouble, retired Indian Ambassador M K Bhadrakumar says it is clear the US is starting to use radical Islamist agents in its aggressive war to dismember Russia, via covertly US-backed Islamic ‘terrorism’ in the Caucausus and Chechnya, with significant spill-over for India, Afghanistan and all of South Asia … and eventually to be used against heavily Muslim-populated Xinjiang province China.

Bhadrakumar paints a picture of how the US is picking off its major opponents via dividing them, temporarily offering olive branches and ‘deals’ to Cuba, Iran and China, while focusing on wrecking Russia and Syria … but the US very likely aiming to destroy Iran and sabotage China as well, after Russia is dispatched.

Though Bhadrakumar has long had a foolish soft spot for Obama, Bhadrakumar cites how it is increasingly clear that the ‘Islamic State’ in Syria and Iraq, is run by US and Israeli intelligence agencies (hence all the question marks over the ‘beheadings’ – which look like pantomime propaganda).

Bhadrakumar makes a convincing case we are seeing the USA attacking Russia in a process of seeking global control, assisted by the US’s Anglo and EU poodles – his article here:

Reminds me of a nice Christmas story during the Cold War period.

An American reporter went round the ambassadors of several countries, asking them what they would like for Christmas.
The Soviet Russian ambassador said he would like world socialism.
The French ambassador said he would like peace and stability in Europe.
etc
The British ambassador said “Well, a small box of crystallised fruits would be very nice”.

You are hardly being fair to Viktor Orban. He is facing an active de-stabilisation program run by the same CIA sociopaths who broiugh us Maidan; the then US ambassador Andre Goodfriend was filmed at the recent riots in Budapest, which he is funding through the ‘Norwegian fund’. Goodfriend, a high-ranking CIA officer with a fascinating profile, is the same sicko who was running the show in Syria when the riots kicked off there, and is one of the true fathers of ISIS. After the fliming Goodfriend was ‘demoted’, but immediately came back as ‘senior advisor’ to the air-head who is the new ambasador.

Orban is battling with a coterie of old-time ‘communist’ crooks who are still close to power, and who are also in receipt of US and Soros funding. As a result he has been forced to make compromises, but Orban is one of those rare individuals with real integrity, and he is slowly cleaning out the corruption.

Oh -and happy christmas. Long may you contiue to slog.
