Scottish Labour MP faces exploitation and wrongful dismissal charges, The Slog has learned

Marion Kinley, Jim Devine’s constituency office manager, is bringing charges of harassment, bullying and unfair dismissal against the Labour MP for Livingston. Ms Kinley, a resident of Bishopbriggs says that she acted as a driver for Devine over two years and received only £60 for the privilege.
Devine meanwhile faces charges under the Theft Act (1968) of stealing £8745 from the taxpayer in the form of invented expense receipts.
A backbench Labour source told The Slog tonight, “My skin creeps at the thought that this yob succeeded a good man like Robin Cook”.
