GORDON AND HIS WOMEN

The Prime Minister was thismorning interviewed on BBC Radio’s Woman’s Hour.

Gordon Brown has been accused of bullying women by a Helpline, treating them like window dressing by Caroline Flint, and being mad for women by Piers Morgan. Today he revealed all on Woman’s hour by observing:

“Some of the most senior people working with me are not only women, but extremely, extremely professional and competent women.”

Only some of them, mind: the rest were extremely, extremely arrogant (Harman) incompetent (Hewitt) and innumerate (Jowell). However, none of them are thick (Flint) nowadays.

Asked at the end of half hour of repeats whether he owed it to the Labour Party to stand aside if he did not secure a majority he said: “I think I owe it to people to continue and complete the work that we’ve started of taking this country out of the most difficult global financial recession…zzzzzzzzz”

The Slogger doesn’t feel Gordon owes us that, not a bit of it. Here in Slogger’s Roost, the unanimous view is that the only thing he owes us is £840 billion.
