Patrick Rock, born Patrick Robert John Rock de Besombes, is a veteran Conservative Party adviser and has been described as David Cameron’s “fixer”.

London-born Mr Rock, 62, is from an aristocratic family and attended Stonyhust College in Lancashire before winning a scholarship to Worcester College, Oxford, where he studied history.

When he graduated, he went to work for Margaret Thatcher as political correspondence secretary.

He is wired into Conservative Party DNA.

Either Miliband strikes while the iron is hot, or he must go.

Cameron would not be able to reply to any questions from Milliband as the whole issue will be going to court

Harman was targeted because the Mail had been told this arrest had taken place. I imagine that the info on Harmen was already known but was just left for a suitable time – we have a suitable time. the Harmen info has effectively silenced the Labour party. Wheels within wheels.

Yes there blooming well is Wanda. There is a HUGE opportunity in regards the Elite V the People battle.
Not about guilt or otherwise but the fact that the Prock could be protected from the glare of publicity for a month when so many others accused of similar stuff get outed even before Plod puts a hand on their shoulders. See my thoughts above.
The MillerBand should be shouting foul about a Friend-of-Dave getting different treatment than Beeb DJs ESPECIALLY as he was in charge of clearing the Paedo/Porno mess up.

Innocence V guilt is NOT what this is about – it’s about how different classes of people get treated.
One law for the elite and Dave-we’re-all-in-it-together’s chums and one for the rest of us mate.
Mr Prock may be guilty of gawping at and hoarding, even trading in kiddy-porn.
He might even turn out to be a Spaedo.
He MAY be proved innocent of all charges.
But for absolute CERTAIN he has been protected from publicity by Plod and No 10 for a month
and would have gone on being protected had the event not been leaked.

We will see, but I think the Westminster boys club will close ranks , “who us, just trust us voters, ” and nothing will be said. However Cameron does seem to have made yet another poor choice of staff.
Some time ago a suspected muslin terrorist , who was arrested, in the usual dawn raid by 50 armed officers, was branded by the MET as have child porn on his computer. The usual right wing press went to town about this story, front page etc. A few weeks later when the man was released with no charge, the story appeared in the “Shetland edition” of the papers, buried deep in the inside pages. Little people and our people, as always.
